International Experience

Henry has had the opportunity to work with international leaders and multinational teams on projects in over 90 countries across every continent. He has managed teams in Europe, USA, Middle East, Africa, and in Asia/Pacific. After living and working in the USA, Spain, the UK, Hong Kong, and in Dubai, U.A.E., Henry has returned to his native Denmark.

Career

Henry has provided consulting services to prominent multinational organizations, such as Avon, Bechtel, Carlsberg, Cisco Systems, Danfoss, Dell, ExxonMobil, E&Y, GAP, Godiva Chocolatier, Goldman Sachs, IBM, Lafarge, LEGO, Lenovo, Lundbeck, Marriott, Novo Nordisk, Saint-Gobain, Saudi Aramco, SONY, Standard Chartered Bank, Starbucks, Wal-Mart, and many others.

Prior to founding MindLab International, Henry spent more than a decade at Aperian Global in various leadership positions including Managing Director, Middle East & Africa; Managing Director, Asia/Pacific; Director of Consulting; and Training Manager.

Education

Henry holds a Master’s degree in International Human Resource Management and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, Denmark; Cranfield School of Business, UK; EM Lyon, France; ESADE, Spain; and University of Wisconsin, USA.
